Maybe tomorrow or the next day.

zventon 11-28-2004 07:54 PM

The songs that I like the most are the ones with really good guitar solos. Example: Voodoo Child by Jimi Hendrix

Livewired is the reason why this thread has something like 200 people who posted once and then left...

Do you have to flame everyone who comes here?

You have passed the Livewired n00b test. :thumb:

Voodoo Child (slight return) was the song that got me into Hendrix.

You play slide Rock?

BludgeonySteve 11-28-2004 08:29 PM

Say I have a slide and I like to play wanking stuff with it ;)

But no, no slide for rock.

Badmoon 11-28-2004 08:30 PM

Derek > Warren at slide

zventon 11-28-2004 08:31 PM

I haven't heard much about him, but I've heard some songs by a guy named Joe Satriani, and he's REALLY good.

I probably sound like an idiot because I only just recently got into classic rock.

Yeah.

I have 3 of his albums. He is the only Virtuso(sp?) that I like.

Acctually I like a bit of Vai but not Ywngie at all.

Badmoon 11-28-2004 08:36 PM

He's actually very well known and popular. Often looked at as the most talented guitarist ever.

BludgeonySteve 11-28-2004 08:37 PM
Derek > Warren at slide
Yes, but Warren>Derek on regular guitar.

As we have determined about 4 times before: Duane>Dickey>Warren>Derek

;)

Derek Trucks??

Badmoon 11-28-2004 08:40 PM

Duane > Dickey = Warren > Derek

BludgeonySteve 11-28-2004 08:41 PM

Ooo, I came up with this joke a while ago...

Why was Eddie Van Halen given the pre-mature Ejaculators's medal of honor?

His wanks last on average 20 seconds!

It needs a bit of work but it's good material eh?

Broken Arrow 11-28-2004 08:41 PM
Duane > Dickey = Warren > Derek
Agreed++

Who were you talking about earlier.
