Being banned has never stopped Plexi before :o
Chu 10-22-2006 08:08 PM

Yeah.

Inkstar 10-22-2006 10:57 PM

How old is he? 11?

Dr. Jake Destructo 10-23-2006 12:25 AM
On a badass scale of 1-10, what is he? 11?
Somewhere around there, yeah.

ghettoeddo 10-23-2006 08:49 PM

oh changing quotes so original

NP: freakum dress-beyonce

Jev 10-24-2006 03:44 PM

Honestly though, outside of trolling this thread, Plexi is cool.

Anyway I made it through the whole of Score for the first time last night :)

DaveTheAmazing 10-25-2006 12:48 PM

I would have rather seen These Walls and Panic Attack rather than TALW and IWBY on Score. I could have done without 6DoIT as well. Also, would it have killed any of them to pay even the least bit of attention to the crowd?

What do you mean?

Jev 10-25-2006 01:22 PM

Yeah, but I think TALW was played due to the orchestra being there.
Panic Attack could've been done with the orchestra I guess, would've been more interesting.

They didn't pay attention to the crowd due to the time limit thing I guess.
Either that or it was edited out.

Firecracker 10-25-2006 01:25 PM

I would prefer to see Panic attack and These walls rather than those two aswell. But i'm glad 6doit is there. Meh it should be good, i can't believe i haven't got it yet.

Duman 10-25-2006 01:29 PM

Mike and James are constantly nodding at people and smiling and James actually talks in between songs etc. Jordan also does a lot of that. Myung never does anything anyway and Petrucci had 'a cold' apparently. Not that it's much of an excuse but still.

I'm obsessed with Another Won right now.

Jev 10-25-2006 01:39 PM

Ah that would explain why Petrucci looks pissed.

Duman 10-25-2006 01:42 PM

Haha yeah, the only times he shows emotion is the very start when they go in and the end when he's holding that high F near the end of Octavarium.

ghettoeddo 10-25-2006 02:08 PM

i would hate to play a 3 hour show every night with a cold...

hearing i walk beside you on score made me really like the song...it's so much better than the studio version. so im glad they played that. i really could've done without innocence faded; it's my least favorite off of awake.

Duman 10-25-2006 02:12 PM

Their song selection in general for the first set is a bit crap on the dvd.

ghettoeddo 10-25-2006 02:13 PM

i love every song except innocence faded...haha

i felt there was a lack of "hard" songs on score in general, but that can't be helped w/ the orchestra's presence and the time limit.
i cant complain, the songs tehy -did- play are fantastic

Jev 10-25-2006 02:31 PM

How comes?

That song is awesome, I love James' high notes in the second verse.

ghettoeddo 10-25-2006 02:39 PM

it's a decent song, it's just my least favorite off of awake. it seems so disjointed...i almost wana say "poorly written" and i love almost every song written by them. ever. that and TTTSTA are my least favorites

Clunge 10-25-2006 02:40 PM

Hmm, I'd have prefered a more Octavarium oriented DVD, seeing as it was the newest album being promoted on the tour.

+ It's my fave DT album .

ghettoeddo 10-25-2006 02:41 PM

mine too!
at the moment anyway

i have a question iw as gonna post here, but ill take it to the muse one instead haha

trysthedrummer 10-25-2006 02:44 PM

Great syncopated lick at the beginning of 6:00 that portnoy does. Good song anyway

ghettoeddo 10-25-2006 02:48 PM

yea that's a cool intro

his drumming on "i walk beside you" is pretty neat too barring the fact it's standard 4/4

trysthedrummer 10-25-2006 02:51 PM

Not bad album is Octavarium. At first I didn't think alot to it. Seems to be happening alot recently with all the cd's I've been getting recently

ghettoeddo 10-25-2006 02:56 PM

yea almost everything grows on you over time if you're just willing to give it more than a few listens

i mean...im listening to beyonce at the moment haha

trysthedrummer 10-25-2006 02:59 PM

Lol that's weird same here especially "Irreplaceable"

*waiting for you to tell me you were lying and I look a complete nob*

ghettoeddo 10-25-2006 03:04 PM

no dude.
the song after that...resentment. it's 15 minutes long (hidden track) and the middle is really good.

Duman 10-25-2006 03:24 PM

ghettoeddo 10-25-2006 03:26 PM
