Rio Music Manager. It's the program that came with my mp3 player, and I use it because it's well organized and easy to navigate.

Yea, it's pretty nice, and Music Manager is a very solid program. The one time it gave me trouble it was easy to find a solution on their website.

Mine's a Nitrus, it froze one time, but I just had to push the reset button and it was fine.
