The new Municipal Waste album is amazing. Here's a video from a song off the new album.

Wanna recommend me some more Crossover? :D

RCA 08-02-2005 11:54 AM

Crossover = loads of fun :thumb:

Terrorzone 08-02-2005 01:37 PM

Just got the Atheist box set. But now, I have to rumage in the attic for a record player.

Check out D.R.I. and Stormtroopers of Death if you haven't already. They're probably the most popular crossover bands.

Municipal Waste's stuff before this new album is a lot more raw, if you can, try to get Waste 'em All.

Have you heard Cryptic Slaughter? Convicted and Money Talks are great albums.

DBC's first album is most excellent as well... so is Universe, but they started to go very experimental with that. I still love that phone commercial they had a song on in Canada not too long ago.

RCA 08-02-2005 03:49 PM

Corporal, what do you think is better: Forward To Termination or Soldiers Of Misfortune?

Corporal Compendia 08-02-2005 04:19 PM

Forward To Termination. (Note: Soon to be re-released. Double disc. Fully Remastered. Hell yeah. ;) ) Can't match that intro... *Forward To Termination riffs play...* "TERMINAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE!"
Though I can't knock Soldiers... it is a most triumphant album.

Anyone know much of Laaz Rockit? If yes, where the hell can you buy their albums from!? I've looked around but can't seem to find anywhere, anyone have any ideas?

metal-militia 08-02-2005 05:07 PM

Laaz Rockit are great! I've only ever seen thier albums on ebay before, and they are really expensive.

goonboy175 08-02-2005 05:12 PM

Yeah, thats a **** annoying. I managed to get a copy of their live album, "taste of rebellion" but other than that I can't find their albums anywhere, its a **** shame!

Shred Danson 08-02-2005 05:14 PM

I'm interested...never heard them...

Any uploads, metal-militia?

RCA 08-02-2005 05:56 PM

Laaz Rockit are awesome. Know Your Enemy is an insanely catchy album. :thumb:

I think YSI blocks direct links from public forums nowadays. That's why people put hxxp instead of http, so the person has to open a new window and put the link in instead of just clicking.

Indeed!

I love both albums, but FtT has that little speedburst known as "Pyrokinesis" that gives it the slight upper-hand.
