Brain Toad 02-16-2006 04:34 PM

I enjoyed SFAFC, so I'll probably enjoy the new one too.

Buzzbomb 02-16-2006 05:43 PM

I'm seeing them on the warped tour this year. They're pretty much the only reason im even going.

rawdog 02-16-2006 11:05 PM

Seeing them on the 26th. So, take warning, how was it???

Mannik 02-17-2006 04:13 AM

Yeah Kieran, how was it?

I'm seeing them tomorrow

TakeWarning 02-17-2006 06:32 AM

IT FUCKING OWNED.

Best show I've ever been to.

I missed the first few songs because we were drunk and the trains were late but it was still amazing. I got my shoe signed by all of them, my friend got a drumstick, another got a setlist, another got Tom's pick, another got a sweaty singlet from Andrew.

Anyway, here's what they played:

Cliche Guevara
Rice And Bread
Walking Is Still Honest
TSR
Unprotected Sex With Multiple Partners
Pints Of Guiness Make You Strong
Gypsy Panther (new song which was very good)
How Low
Miami
Don't Lose Touch
Problems
Baby I'm An Anarchist! (encore)
One or two more I've forgotten perhaps.

I was dissapointed they didn't play Jamiacan Me Crazy, Reinventing Axl Rose, and I Still Love You Julie, Those Anarcho Punx Are Mysterious but hey, great show anyway.

Also, expect a live album coming out at the end of fall/spring for Northern Hemisphere punX.

good rats 02-17-2006 08:02 AM

Geez man, now I'm even more excited to see them.

I have a question..did they have any merch? I'm after a new hoody and last time I saw them they had them selling for like...$35. Whats the go with merch this year?

Liebensaft 02-17-2006 10:15 AM

Ugh, that setlist is so disappointing, compared to what they could have played.

Buzzbomb 02-17-2006 11:09 AM

Yeah, they could have played some more songs from RAR and ep's before that. But the setlist looked decent.

Yeah, me and about 7 mates all bought shirts for $20 each. Stickers were $2, vinyls were $15 (I think). Uhh yeah, so bring lots of dosh.

Haha, the bands i see all give away the stickers. And they make a s'hit lot less than AM! And twenty dollar shirts?

Now that's anarchy.

thepo 02-18-2006 12:58 AM

When I saw them in September, I only paid 8 or 12 dollars for shirts and vinyl, and stickers and patches were 50 cents...

He's Australian, $20 = roughly $15

Decent setlist, although yeah it'd be better if there were a few more songs from RAR. I'd still be stoked if they played a setlist along those lines when I leave to see them in 20 minutes!

Sid 02-18-2006 03:41 PM
He's Australian, $20 = roughly $15
WELL STILL FUK THOSE SELLOUTZ

lmao

good rats 02-20-2006 02:13 AM

So for the ones who have seen em in Australia so far...were there any hoody's for sale...?

TakeWarning 02-20-2006 03:53 AM

I didn't see nothin'.

No hoodys anyway.

DaveToopes 02-20-2006 10:39 AM

We still have an Against Me! thread?!

AIRIC 02-20-2006 12:32 PM

Who's Against Me!?

asdf 02-20-2006 12:41 PM

And why are they against me!?

DaveToopes 02-20-2006 12:42 PM

FUCK THEM!

caps

Liebensaft 02-20-2006 01:03 PM
Who's Against Me!?
A bunch of faggot sellouts. You wouldn't like 'em.

DaveToopes 02-20-2006 01:04 PM

Sounds like my thing. What's their worst ablum?

Liebensaft 02-20-2006 01:14 PM

Crime As Forgiven by Against Me!

is by far the worst. It's this shitty EP. You'd hate it.

AIRIC 02-20-2006 01:16 PM

Crime isn't that good anyway.

Best album = As The Eternal Cowboy

DaveToopes 02-20-2006 01:17 PM
Crime isn't that good anyway.

I agree 100%.

Liebensaft 02-20-2006 01:18 PM

No way. Crime > RAR > AtEC > SFAFC

DaveToopes 02-20-2006 01:19 PM

You're a looney.

AIRIC 02-20-2006 01:19 PM

I could punch you.

DaveToopes 02-20-2006 01:20 PM

Do it.

Liebensaft 02-20-2006 01:20 PM

Yeah, but they I'd punch you back twice as hard and kick you in the ribs while you were on the ground.

AIRIC 02-20-2006 01:21 PM

Ethan would hit you with a bat if you did that.

DaveToopes 02-20-2006 01:23 PM

Str8. Then I'd play ATEC really loud in your ears so it hurt. Then, I would defacate on you.

Liebensaft 02-20-2006 01:23 PM

Then I'd tell him "Go and play soccer, baldy!"

DaveToopes 02-20-2006 01:25 PM

I have about 4 inches of hair currently.

It's too cold for soccer.

Are you saying soccer is dumb? I play hockey too. I'll slice you.

Liebensaft 02-20-2006 01:30 PM

Hockey is cool in my book.

Soccer is dumm.

DaveToopes 02-20-2006 01:31 PM

Tom Gabel loves soccer.

Liebensaft 02-20-2006 01:33 PM

Tom Gabel used to love anarchy.

Unban Me Says Cameo 02-20-2006 02:35 PM

Tom Gabel used to be.
