I'm really fat. Luckily though, I have a big body structure which makes me a natural for bodybuilding. I hope to be fairly jacked in a few years :swarzeneggar:

I can't bench to save my life because my arms are really long and skinny, I can squat a lot though, most of my arm work outs are on machines, but I don't go in the weight room much :-/

Same. My metabolism is too fast, my only real option is to put on muscle mass and that's so much work.

I used to only eat like two times and day and little shitty meals but weight like 2 cocaines.

edit: my benching is **** because i've got two really bad shoulders. I'm a natural powerlifter and hate doing tons of reps with small weights so it sucks.

I weighed more when I did karate. I've dropped about 20 pounds since then. Muscle mass is good.

im 205 but i am 6'3"ish. i should be at around 190-195 but i hurt my shoulder early this year keeping me from working out. but im starting to hit the gym again hoping to drop some weight. im not fat but i just got a lack of a six pack

Damn, i'm around 6'2" - 6'3" and if I got around 210 i'd be getting below average.

Like I said, I have a huge structure so that changes things a lot. My goal is to be like 235-240 after gaining my optimum amount of muscle.

Ahh I see, my build is tall and thin, but I have some muscle, not really toned or anything though. :-/

thats sort of like me, but i want to lose some of my fat and get my more toned frame i had before i got hurt. im bench pressing only around 135-140 right now, hoping to get back to 150

Bench is an odd lift...I could bench 135 in 9th grade but there are guys like you and Al Horford, the 3rd pick in the NBA draft and he's 6 10) who can't bench worth ****. I won't hold it against you man.

Basketball isn't really about that kind of strength though so it's reasonable.

To be a big man in basketball you've got to be more concerned with holding your ground and taking bumps rather than pushing people out from the shoulder, y'know.

I'm 6'1", and weigh 165 pounds. I lift weights 3 days a week doing a 12-10-8-6-12 pattern(except for bench, get rid of the first 12), and do bodyweight exercise on the weekend. I think I am about 11% body fat right now. I bench 145 - 155 - 165 - 145, and can do 5 - 6 sets of 10 pullups :D I love working out, I have been doing it regularly since last winter(I took 2 months off this summer though :( )

My goal right now is to be able to do freestanding handstand push ups.

NBA standard reps are something like 185 pounds.

Oh I know, I suck at balance :( It does take a fair bit of strength though, it's like taking the weight your leg muscles handle and putting it on your shoulders/triceps.

eh, idk. I've done them where people just keep your ankles up for support and had no problem doing 20.

But that was when I was in shape and could do 100 normal ones =\
