I figured the first sign stands for the [b]m[/b], the second for the [b]r[/b] and the last one for the [b]n[/b], the curl over the second sign being the [b]o[/b] and the three dots over the last sign being the [b]a[/b].

It's supposed to say "morna", meaning "black".

Also, it's in Quenya, not Sindarin or something.
