I never have any snack food in my room. It's helped keep me thinner, because there's nothing to snack on even when I want to.

I just drink a bunch of water instead.

Water is so good for so many reasons. Keeping hydrated is important to keeping away headaches and exhaustion, etc.

So true. The only times I've had hangovers are when I neglect to drink water before going to bed.

drinking water cures them but only to a point. if you get real bad you'll get a hangover anyways in my experience. but maybe i didn't drink enough water those times.

side note: it's so hard to get drunk drinking beer because you get full before you're drunk. =\

Water is great. I drink around 10 bottles a day and two mixed with protein whey powder. Definitely hydrated.

I get drunk with beer every time I watch a soccer game. I end up not paying attention to how much I am drinking and how fast :-D

hmm. i don't drink much anyways but next time i'll try to be sober enough to remember that :p

i can have like 4 but then i'm all done for the night usually. i have a small bladder.

Alcohol being a diuretic doesn't help much either.

Eggs are good for a hangover because they replenish protein that is lost while being drunk.

I stopped drinking beer/alcohol at all. Woo diet. I'm pretty energy drained with my carb deficit though.

The fat might be whats making you tired. Complex carbs are ok also, unless you are doing Atkins.

Nah, i'm losing the carbs (30g max a diet but high carbs on the weekends) to convert my body to burning fat for energy. It's the Metabolic Diet/Anabolic Diet. It's kind of like Atkins but not exactly.

I'm not sure about my weight, I swim a lot so I don't ever get fat or anything but my diet sucks.
