Water is so good for so many reasons. Keeping hydrated is important to keeping away headaches and exhaustion, etc. |
And avoiding hangovers. Any amount of alcohol can be negated with a few bottles of water.
And yes, a homecooked meal would be amazing right now. |

drinking water cures them but only to a point. if you get real bad you'll get a hangover anyways in my experience. but maybe i didn't drink enough water those times.
side note: it's so hard to get drunk drinking beer because you get full before you're drunk. =\ |

Water is great. I drink around 10 bottles a day and two mixed with protein whey powder. Definitely hydrated.

The only beer that fills me up is thick, dark beer. That **** drinks like a meal.

Like Guiness. Jefferson Stout is by far the worst in the respect. One sip and you can feel it hit the bottom of your stomach.

I get drunk with beer every time I watch a soccer game. I end up not paying attention to how much I am drinking and how fast :-D

Alcohol being a diuretic doesn't help much either.
Eggs are good for a hangover because they replenish protein that is lost while being drunk. |
I stopped drinking beer/alcohol at all. Woo diet. I'm pretty energy drained with my carb deficit though.

Nah, i'm losing the carbs (30g max a diet but high carbs on the weekends) to convert my body to burning fat for energy. It's the Metabolic Diet/Anabolic Diet. It's kind of like Atkins but not exactly. |

I'm not sure about my weight, I swim a lot so I don't ever get fat or anything but my diet sucks. |
