I think I'm gonna give Drawing Down the Sun another chance. I really like the lyrics and a lot of the time I'll end up loving the music because of that.

Love Kyuss - Saw them in 93. I have really gone off QOTSA though over the past two albums, they've lost the fire as far as I'm concerned.

I don't get how liking the lyrics could make you like the music. They're two different things.

Finally giving The Puritan a listen. Which is kind of strange that I've waited this long to listen to it, since Reverend Bizarre is my favorite Doom band.

Most of it doesn't sound that far from RB though.

Makes me curious as to why they broke up.

If The Puritan sounds like Rev, I'm not interested.

I know. But sometimes if I like the message it gives I'll enjoy listening the music because of that and I can appreciate it in a different way.

Like Warning; I never liked them until I first read the lyrics.
