angelo sucks musically he's just fast. i agree that he'd own both malmsteen and vai but i do prefer malmsteens style.

Well of course most ppl that like metal prefer malsteens style. he has that 80's hair metal catchyness with neo classical phrases in between. My number one guitarist is Allan Holsworth. better than malmsteen in my opinion. his style is epic. he sounds like outside the music. and he's hella fast. eff batio. Nitro sucked.

been rocking this on vinyl since 12 years old. one of my first records. bought it from a friends parent that bought it the week it came out.

holdsworth slays, and is better than both malmsteen and lane. i'm not so much into his hair metal vibe as the neoclassical stuff haha. have you ever heard scott mishoe? he's another great and overlooked virtuoso. i don't know, i think my favorite guitarist is hendrix cause he got me into everything i listen to now, electric ladyland is one of my all time favs. metal wise i'd go becker/holdsworth/loomis/malmsteen even though holdsworth isn't metal but influenced a lot of players in the genre. i have a hard time picking favorites when it comes to virtuoso guitarists, they all have their own appeal.
