well ive forgotten every song i used to know, every scale and chord, and how to perform most of the techniques i used to know. so, essentially, ive forgotten how to play. i can still pick one up and just improvise **** and sound like i might have known what i was doing at one point.

Me too, they are so easy, haha.

I've written some ok material but I can't do any fancy techniques beyond tremolo picking, pinch harmonics, palm muting etc, basic stuff

and my posture is really bad

kind of hard to be movitated to play when nothing i make will ever be good and ill never be in a decent band

can only play some riffs, 2 basic sweeps, and like 3 chords

I can play blues solos in pentatonic minor and some basic thrash riffs and juns
