Do you guys know if a 16 year old can open up a checking/savings account with ATM access and all that s'hit with a parent's consent. I heard you can if you have like a certain amount of cash to put in.

With a parents consent yes. Without I'm not sure.

My friends has one so it's possible, but you may need parents or some stuff.

im like 1/4 messican, 1/4 german, and 1/2 spanish. nationality is american, family background is messican, but by blood, im mostly spanish. its kinda an odd combo. well the german part. :lol:
