Yep. Finally.

Arucard 06-03-2005 06:58 PM

Right im off to bed but before hand :

Joe is in love for the first time. How wierd is that? Her name is Katherine and i love her very much... The only time i couldnt get a girl out of my head.

/Sad.

I am also obsessed with Pinkly Smooth the Rev and Synister Gates' band (from a7x).
So, I went to see Sin City twice today.

Incidentally, to that Kindgdom of Heaven mention (could hardly be called a discussion) a couple of pages back, I've actually seen it. I went to see it last Monday, just for something to do. It wasn't great, but it was surprisingly enjoyable all the same.
I loved Sin City, but didn't really like Kingdom of Heaven.

Maybe I have a short attention span.

Bartender 06-03-2005 07:11 PM

I just thought Orlando Bloom made a surprisingly believable Commander Of The World. Plus I liked that the whole thing really badly condemns religion.

Sin City was roughly thirty thousand times better, though.

Amen. Jessica Alba looks so hot in that movie.

I'm so excited for the new Radiohead album!

Chris Rock and Adam Sandler. What were you expecting? :p

Why are you sad?

Jom 06-03-2005 09:59 PM

Joe is talking in the third person now, eh?

Well, I'm happy for you, either way. I know that's not worth very much, but from what you vaguely described, she seems nice.

One day, you'll be swept off your feet :)

Heh heh heh

That is one of the creepiest things I have ever read.

Seriously.

Dancin' Man 06-03-2005 10:12 PM

That reminded me of ice skating for some reason...

Anyway, my town festival was awesome today. Spent pretty much all day (well, went to school then drove a few of my friends downtown) with the girlfriend. She is awesome. SHe bonded with my friend (different schools) and it was great. We spent a lot of time making fun of her veganism. Found a special features disc of the movie Troy. Didn't watch more than 5 minutes because it was boring. Had sex. Watched food channel with friends. Went home. Good day.

Joe, I just invited you to me on myspace. I think it's you at least.

Ohhh... so today all the classes were supposdt o vote for class officers next year. Every other class was announced but not the seniors (me) because one homeroom had a sub and din't vote. I'm kind of anxious to know if I won or not. I want to quote something wildly inappropriate but obscure in my graduation speech. Something Mousilini said maybe. Or better yet, Saddam Hussein.

ATM 06-03-2005 10:34 PM

/me downloads the new Foo Fighters

Hey guys.

Out of curiousity, why do the allow full albums to be downloaded in all of the forums except this one? I'm not being a dick, just curious.

Dancin' Man 06-03-2005 10:40 PM

Copywrite? No idea but it's not like most people have a lot of trouble finding them.

^awesome song, awesome album, awesome band.

Bartender 06-03-2005 10:42 PM

Out of interest, have you actually bought anything by them, like you kinda-sorta-maybe implied you'd think about considering?

I really want to but am currently broke. They made their way to the top of my list of albums to by just because I love them and will be easier to listen to with friends than metal. Like Dredg. There was other stuff I wanted more, but knew that Dredg would get the most spins.

Bartender 06-03-2005 10:55 PM

Fair enough. Just in case you get confused looking for Like the Exorcist, but More Breakdancing, it was released under the band's old name of Little Joe Gould.

NP Murder by Death - Holy Lord, Shawshank Redemption is Such a Good Movie

ATM 06-03-2005 10:56 PM

I missed the Dredg show :/

My allergies were acting up, so I was in no shape to go out.

Hopefully, I'll make it to De La Soul and Rahzel next month.

Quit Stalin' and find something.

Clever, eh?

Or just use a Louis Farrakhan speech. Because you're white it would be 100000 times funnier
SHe bonded with my friend (different schools) and it was great. We spent a lot of time making fun of her veganism.
Lucky. At least one of us had our closest female friend like our girlfriend.

By the way, the following releases suck:

the new Coldplay
the new White Stripes

Yea, they used that joke on Family Guy.

True. But still, I like to give bands the benefit of the doubt when a new release comes along.

Malcolm X is too blatant. Go with Farrakhan, who is the most racist black dude ever.

Dancin' Man 06-03-2005 11:51 PM

Crappy ones?

I do like Coldplay though. Very catchy and simple. Relief from thinking music. I just can't take to much of it before I want to drown the band in cheesy emotional tears of love and joy and sadness all at once.
Good call. I want to read the speech as though I am Don King, quote black racists and pretend to have Parkinsans' disease. I still have to win the election though.

Well, John Kerry didn't win the election and he gave a speech.

Also, film it and upload it.

Or I'll fuckin' kill ya

What do you guys have going on this weekend?

Illmatic 06-04-2005 12:03 AM
What do you guys have going on this weekend?
I don't make plans, man. I just roll with it.

I'll probably just meet up with friends and do the same old shit, but that never gets old

Also, that reminds me of when I ran for class president...we had to give a speech announcing why we were supposed to be a good candidate. I gave my speech like a black preacher in the south ("AND THE LORD-AH SAID UNTOOO ME-AH...THAT I WILL, AH SAID AH WILL BE THE BEST PRESIDENT-AH THAT THE SCHOOL HAS EVAH SEEN. Can I get an amen?" was an actual excerpt, I believe) and I actually won.

ATM 06-04-2005 12:04 AM

You'll be bragging about that in 22 years when you'll be working a deadend job supporting a fat tick wife and four fat hateful kids

"I was Prom King, man! I was supposed to GO places!"

just kidding.
