Suicide Silence, anyone?

i am the robots 07-09-2007 05:02 PM
Sorry
I
like those bands =]

ps

I am going to Sounds of the underground.

acacia strain yepyep.

Saw necrophagist and cephalic carnage live at summer slaughter tour, actually
Acacia Strain? Gross. Cephalic Carnage is awesome though.

Suicide Silence is horrible too. I'm guessing you're new to the style though, cause I used to like a lot of that stuff too.

BoboTheRagingHobo 07-09-2007 05:02 PM
yeah i saw them with cannibal corpse and necrophagist.
Dying Fetus bored the shit outta me when I saw them on that tour.

i am the robots 07-09-2007 05:05 PM

Dying Fetus is blandtacular.

TojesDolan 07-09-2007 05:08 PM

I think I was pretty clear, Dargon.

Yes, Dying Fetus is stupid.

Stormrider 07-09-2007 05:09 PM

I've been listening to Severed Survival loads recently.

Btw, I had mentioned getting an Incantation album a while back. Well, I listened to it, and it started out pretty good, but the last few songs(last one especially), it just went downhill...

Tyler 07-09-2007 05:09 PM

This Blood Rainbow is pretty solid. I wish their name wasn't so gay.

i am the robots 07-09-2007 05:10 PM

It's a shame they have those weird parts that kill the whole atmosphere too.

And I don't understand how Dying Fetus' drummer was such a huge influence on Dayton Cantley.

It's only been a year.

Pretty new I guess.

Suicide Silence was an easy transition from
hardcore to death metal, though.

I think that's why I like them

C.O.A. 07-09-2007 05:11 PM

dying fetus starts to get boring the more you listen to them, but i still enjoyed their set when i saw them.

and suicide silence is gay as all hell.

i am the robots 07-09-2007 05:13 PM

Suicide Silence is normally one of those transition bands from faux-core stuff to death metal, but they lost their charm really fast for me.

Foehammer 07-09-2007 05:15 PM

I really only like about 3 songs from them.

Then again I have about 5 downloaded.

i am the robots 07-09-2007 05:17 PM

Aye. Do you like From A Second Story Window?

Foehammer 07-09-2007 05:18 PM

Indeed I do.

Currently listening to On Broken Wings

yepyep.

i am the robots 07-09-2007 05:22 PM

Very nice, I'm listening to 25 Ta Life at the moment actually.

So very bad, but so hilarious.

FASSW puts on an awesome live show though.

Foehammer 07-09-2007 05:25 PM

So do poison the well and norma jean.

I feel lame for saying this,
and I'm willing to get flamed
but I'm going to see chiodos and alesana the 17th.

BoboTheRagingHobo 07-09-2007 05:25 PM

Any fans of Crypt Of Kerberso around here?

Tyler 07-09-2007 05:26 PM

What are they like? I remember hearing a lot about them a while ago, but for some reason never bothered looking into them.

Poison The Well is amazing live, but Norma Jean ugh. That's in my experience at least.

Psychotic Waltz were great and about a hundred times more brutal than half the crap that's been discussed on here recently. The drummer is also great - please pass on my thanks for 10 years of great music.
