Hobbes has received my rep.

It's a somewhat rare thing for me to rep people, but this was truly deserved. :D

Jody LeCompte 09-30-2006 12:19 PM

Oo I want you, I don't know if I need you, but oooo I'd die to find out.

Jody LeCompte 09-30-2006 12:21 PM

Now I want and need you too spiff baby, but I don't know what prog will say considering I am carrying his child.

Those words ruined my night.
Last night, rather.

Jody LeCompte 09-30-2006 12:23 PM

I played the most amazing keyboard at Circuit City the other day...

I want to play piano like I want to breath but I just dont have time for three instruments now...

Spaceman Spiff 09-30-2006 12:23 PM

We can ditch the child and make our own. :naughty:

Yeah, I want to play piano too. There's a nice 88-key digital piano for a little more than $800 at a local store. I wantttttt it.

BenJammin 09-30-2006 12:25 PM

Anyway, I'm going to go and try and get some breakfast without speaking a word of French.

So far, it's proved to be fruitful... hopefully, today will prove to be the same.

Jody LeCompte 09-30-2006 12:25 PM

This keyboard was a casio. It had 88 keys, the pitch bender(my favorite feature on an electric piano), like 200 voices that didn't sound the least bit cheesy, programmable backing tracks, metrenome, tranposing, etc.

It was so awesome

And yes, liquor is dangerous.

Drinking a bottle of red wine is so much fun. :D

Did you say your fiancee is in Toronto? That's where I am. :)

Jody LeCompte 09-30-2006 12:29 PM

I was stocking a bottle of liqour at work the other day, it was called "Toasted Head" and the picture on the cover was a bear puking.

Thats the kind of liquour I want to drink.

Alright, I think I'm going to sell the RP80 and save up for a BP200 and then a synth pedal.

Ladies and Gentlemen, give him a big round of applause.

He has been a great sport about this whole thing.

Good to see you enjoying fretless.

Hows you intonation coming along?

Jody LeCompte 09-30-2006 12:52 PM

Well, I didn't find my chromatic tuner until last night but as far as I can tell I'm almost perfectly intonated up til the 9th fret. It's a slow process, but I think it'll be unbelievably rewarding

I was chatting to Wintermute about it, I find I onlt really use my fretted for slap/pop any more.

Otherwise I prefer fretless. Hence building a nice EUB asd a complement to my regular fretless.
