There's a girl I'm trying to talk to right now. She's been nice to me and all that, but lately, she just doesn't want to talk to me.

If I can't have a friendship with her, then I'm probably going to wait until college to even do anything involving girls, given that I live in a small town and the pickings are slim(besides, I wouldn't go out with most of the girls here anyway, too many druggies...).

So I look forward to college. :D

I actually take pride in being optomistic. I regard it as a positive quality, and I am thankful for my positive qualities. EDIT: It's nothing to be ashamed of.

You're right about the first part, but there's no reason to bring Hoppus into this. I don't mean to sound like a prick, but that was unnecessary.

Dont bother with the pineapple thing Ruhtra. Im curious as to where you are going to college? I go to Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia. Im majoring in 3d animation so i'll be able to work on videogames n such.

I have no idea where I'm going to go, but I'll make a final decision sometime during this next school year, my junior year in High school.

Wee 4 more days of summerschool , hope this week goes by.

Im way too tired to read everything in this thread, so could someone be awesome enough to sum it all up in a short Sentence? I worked 14 hours today, and 14 hours friday digging holes and carrying 60lb rocks around. Made $210 in two days tho ;)

The musical was based on a film by Robert Corrman (sp?) from 1960. I've never seen the origional (I know, I'm a terrible, terrible person) but from what I've read, the musical follows the same plot. The musical part is an obvious update, and that is one of the major cirticims of the music that is used in the movie, and how it progresses from a 'white' type of music to a 'black' type of music, all the while the out of control plant spreads out, trying to degrade America, the overall way of life in white suburbia.

I'd have to watch the origional to see if the undertone of racism came from the tension of the late 50's, or the Reagan induced fear of the early 80's. I'm not saying the the movie/play is racist, I should have reworded my origional post. It could be more a social critique. Either way, it's a great piece of history and populat culture :thumb:

I just woke up.. and now I'm in a pissy mood :upset: because I wanted to wake up earlier.. so that I couldget stuff done before going to work. (if you all remember my original post in this thread.. I was talking about the fact that we have to clean the fricken house, and this includes my bedroom.. which is trashed..) But my brother woke me up at 6am.. because he woke up late and needed a ride to work.

So when I came home and went back to sleep.. guess who slept through their alarm clock? I mean.. I don't think I slept through it.. but I obviously got up and turned the annoying thing off... which I don't remember.

And then... I went to turn on my light.. and my lightbulb blew out.

:upset: I'm not having a good day so far.

I've only done that a few times... and it happens to be when my body goes "screw you.. you aren't getting up.. I'm tired.... "

Although... I am the master of sleeping in weird spots... I can sleep in my car (freaks my father out..) and when I was in school, I would sleep on the little wannabe sofas in the lounge... among alot of noise....

my bed is terrible it's so uncomfortable and haggard but at 6:30 am it feels so gewd(good) and warm and I never want to leave oh how i love my bed *HUGS* to lr
yeah my girlfriend has some serious problems her last couple boyfriends cheated on her after a few months and now she suspects me of this which i hate people who cheat like my father but that's beside the point. i'm going to break it off today she has some serious insecurities like if a conversation isn't about her she doesn't care and I'm afraid to break up with her because she is so emotional. I'm afraid she might key my car or worse she might hurt herself and that is scary why are my girlfriends always crazy. all the girls in my town are ****ed up I just need a normal well adjusted girl. never going to find one here. no more girls till college! thanks for the info LR on the crazy girls it feels good to get this off my chest
