I still need to know what I should use to draw the Bad Brains s/t cover on back patch fabric
acrylics really work for everything in my opinion, try that, and be sure to iron set it when your done |
Thanks, you can draw pretty detailed stuff with that?
|
My Skirt is better and harder to make than all your little patches.
How did you do that? I have a friend who would love to have a skirt like that. |
My Skirt is better and harder to make than all your little patches.
I liked the nifty socks there. |
How did you do that? I have a friend who would love to have a skirt like that.
Erh. i just took lime green fabric and made a normal skirt. then i took the polka dot mesh and scrunched it? well, folded it over untill i got the affect i wanted then just took a sewing machince and put it togather. |
ok, I have an old jean jacket, I like it, but it's old, and faded, it looks almost white, it's so faded, so my question is, is there any way I can get it back to a regular jean color? like dye it or something? or what kind of place will do that for me, would a dry cleaners/tailor be able to do it?

buy a new one
|
I just bought one for 99 c on ebay. Probably gonna make it into a vest and put A Global Threat back patch on it.
|
buy a new one
123 and not the 99 c one of ebay. It probly smells like sex. Buy it from Wal Mart. Seriously. |
Couldn't find any at my Wal-Mart
|
If you don't mind supporting them, places like the Gap have really nice jean jackets for moderately cheap, if you get 'em in the right season. I got one from Quiksilver for udner $20, and it's probably my favorite jacket ever.
And it's better than supporting Wal-Mart. Besides, Wal-Mart jackets are strangely expensive. |
I prefer the 99 cents cuz I'm a cheap bastard.

depends on your brush |
buy a new one
yeah I could, but this ones all broken in...I don't know I guess I could look for a new one... |
denim doesnt get broken in
|
Vests pwn the jackets.
I have a black denim vest and it just rocks. |
denim doesnt get broken in
yes it does, it gets softer and not so stiff, and it doesn't look so new, it has like tears and worn down spots |
Vests pwn the jackets.
I have a black denim vest and it just rocks.
that's what I was going to do, cut off the sleeves, and make a vest |
yes, but you want to dye your denim, so you obviously dont want it worn looking.
and denim really doesnt soften up much |
yes, but you want to dye your denim, so you obviously dont want it worn looking.
and denim really doesnt soften up much
yeah I guess, I'll look for one when I go to the mall today...although I feel bad to cut up a brand new jacket, but anyway I'll see what I can find... |
