Win A Rabbit 04-11-2008 12:53 PM

holy shit so this may be disastrous.

i posted last night about how the band that was supposed to headline our charity concert are a bunch of dicks and dropped out. yeah, well a friend of mine works for the radio station and i talked to her and she's getting us some radio promotion for it for free. but i gave her the band list, and now the radio station's playing up the concert because they think that band (which was just the band of the month on the same station) is still playing at it. and my friend is gone to california now, so there's like no way we can call them and be like "obtw they're not playing, srs, we're organizing it, trust me"

Janeway 04-11-2008 12:56 PM

I just cleaned. Did the dishes, cleaned the counters, and vacuumed hardcore.

Now I'm sweaty and have to shower, but I don't really feel like it.

Win A Rabbit 04-11-2008 12:59 PM

My van just went kaput. My dad and I are stranded at home, with my mom having the only car that works.

I work at 4:30 tonight!

****

i broke my hi hat stand

well, not broke..but i don't know how to fix it.

the rod was like moving around a lot so i tried to screw it in more, didn't work, so i unscrewed it, took it out, then put it back in. When i put it back in it went all the way to the bottom of the stand, leaving like 2 inches exposed

it was just built by Jesse, owner of Epiarch Custom Drums for a guy on PDF. Just thought it looked nice.

also...it's a 12" tom thats hiding apparently.
