I enjoy recalling dreams although I know it can bore people. I usually only share dreams with someone if they involved that person and were interesting enough to share a bit about.

I had a dream everyone was wearing the same sweater I had on. I was pissed.

Robert Crumb 01-08-2008 08:17 PM

That's funny, because I once had a dream that I was a sweater and everyone was wearing me.

Robert Crumb 01-08-2008 08:19 PM

Oh and hi5 on the blog

Montana 01-08-2008 09:32 PM

If I were a sweater, I'd be a red cotton sweater. And Hanes.

Dreams are from your own mind imo, it can be nonsense, or something dear to you like love, mundane facts are in dreams, small chores sometimes, you can understand them fully as much as you can your own consciousness, which is very little. All in all there are a nice escape and can be interesting and trippy. Maybe that great escapism is merely the mental manifestation of the extensive physical recovery going on in sleep.

no one rly understands them or can its really simple

Anxious 01-08-2008 10:05 PM

Smoke sum DMT.

samariah 01-08-2008 10:15 PM

Anxious 01-08-2008 10:24 PM

No.

But my body dissolved for a million years and thought I was in hell.

samariah 01-08-2008 10:27 PM

okay that's probably worse

Anxious 01-08-2008 10:28 PM
http://xkcd.com/135/
very useful!

Anxious 01-08-2008 10:54 PM

The creator of xkcd was speaking at MIT and the students spontaneously started moving remote controlled velociraptors towards the podium.

I wish I still had the link to the photos.

asdf 01-08-2008 11:03 PM

Oh wow that is so great.

I would love to see that guy speak. And to be attacked by remote controlled velociraptors.

samariah 01-08-2008 11:05 PM

maybe it will happen in your dreams tonight

Anxious 01-08-2008 11:08 PM

I saw some guy in the elevator at school with the xkcd shirt "Stand back, I'm going to try science!"

I just looked at him and said "xkcd". He smiled and said something I can't remember. I could tell he was shy so I just sorta walk out the elevator and nodded in understanding.

asdf 01-08-2008 11:22 PM

I have a feeling that a lot of xkcd fans are quiet nerds.

Also, I think I need that shirt.

Anxious 01-08-2008 11:35 PM

It bugs me that most xkcd strips feature the main character having a girlfriend. Inaccurate and saddening.

asdf 01-08-2008 11:37 PM

Now my friend is begging me to buy him the shirt that says
JUST SHY Not antisocial (you can talk to me!)

But it's 17 dollars. I myself really want the "actual size" stickers.

Anxious 01-08-2008 11:42 PM

Haha. It'd be so weird to wear that shirt in a big public place.

I've tried so many times to order some stickers off there but for some reason it doesn't want to work with my paypal. "Eject" would go well on the shifter of my car.

asdf 01-09-2008 12:12 AM

So I'm going to be on air training with a DJ tomorrow and I'm nervous as all hell.

Anyone have any tips on how I can appear to be calm and collected?

samariah 01-09-2008 12:17 AM

get 30 minutes of sleep tonight and you will be too tired to be nervous

Glitterati 01-09-2008 12:38 AM
