Get Obsculum Obscenum
This is exactly what I was going to suggest.

And Virus isn't that bad either

its pretty average at best. the s/t is better but i don't really like that one either.

pate 11-26-2007 01:35 PM

Virus is a hell of a lot better than The Arival and Catch Faggy2.

rattlehead42147 11-26-2007 01:40 PM

never heard those.
If you actually cared about the music, you wouldn't have said that. It's a good album.
wait a sec, i typed in "osculum obscenum" the first time so i got the band, which has a pic of a guy in a gimp mask. but i just realized i forgot the "b" in the first word so i think you were talking about the Defleshed release. amirite?

pate 11-26-2007 01:43 PM

I was talking about the Hypocrisy album.

rattlehead42147 11-26-2007 01:45 PM

wow. i was totally off track.

*reading comprehension joke*
SHUT UP DETH.

masscows 11-26-2007 02:25 PM

are they selling Decapitated merch on the Amon Amarth tour? Anyone know?

Tyler 11-26-2007 02:25 PM

Merch usually sticks with the band, either in their van/bus or with their manager. I wouldn't count on it.

masscows 11-26-2007 02:28 PM

Yeah I wasn't, I was thinking there may have been an off chance that they were doing it for all that fund raising stuff they're doing. They'd make a lot of money...

Tyler 11-26-2007 02:29 PM

I didn't realise there was fund raising. It's possible, then.

Raising funds for what, though? Anti-Crashing Foundation?

masscows 11-26-2007 02:30 PM

For Vitek's family and Covan's medical bills.

Aakon_Keetreh 11-26-2007 02:30 PM

For the decapitated drummers family.

Tyler 11-26-2007 02:34 PM

Well now I feel terrible.

I'd imagine they'd sell something.

pate 11-26-2007 02:36 PM

LOL Tyler

Something was said about a "RIP Vitek" shirt being made, so I'd image if those are out yet, they'd be at the shows.

Aakon_Keetreh 11-26-2007 02:39 PM

Just like dimebag

pate 11-26-2007 02:48 PM

And Chuck

Except no posers would be wearing the Vitek one.

masscows 11-26-2007 02:51 PM

How's that?

Tyler 11-26-2007 02:51 PM

Chuck's situation warrants a charity much, much more than some people who got in an accident. Horrible, but true.

pate 11-26-2007 03:00 PM

Indeed.

rattlehead42147 11-26-2007 03:33 PM
Chuck's situation warrants a charity much, much more than some people who got in an accident. Horrible, but true.
true. and i have the utmost respect for Dimebag, but at least they don't make "rest in peace brother chuck" shirts.

pate 11-26-2007 03:34 PM

...there are those shirts, just without the brother.

Eliminator 11-26-2007 03:34 PM

lol

rattlehead42147 11-26-2007 03:38 PM
...there are those shirts, just without the brother.
yeah true. but what i noticed were people that just jumped on the bandwagon and became Pantera fanboys after he died and wearing those shirts which was annoying. then again they say "death is the best thing for your career".

pate 11-26-2007 03:40 PM

Hence my poser comment.

masscows 11-26-2007 03:41 PM

Wait, are you guys talking about Chuck Schuldiner? I'm confused.

rattlehead42147 11-26-2007 03:43 PM

a Winds of Creation shirt with Vitek on the back might be pretty cool if it didn't say "rest in peace brother Vitek".

publicastration 11-26-2007 03:47 PM

I'm so out of it

pate 11-26-2007 03:48 PM
Wait, are you guys talking about Chuck Schuldiner? I'm confused.
The only Chuck in metal who has died.

Dimmu Burger 11-26-2007 04:14 PM
The only Chuck in metal who has died.
He was confused because rattlehead was talking about Pantera fanboys.

masscows 11-26-2007 04:16 PM

and because i wasn't aware posers wore RIP Chuck shirts, although I wasn't into metal when Chuck died.
