Know what I always wondered? Why doesn't Rolling Stone Magazine do coverage on heavier music? I'm not talking about Metallica or other such bands, but REALLY heavey stuff like Hardcore bands or Death metal? They claim to represent music, but how can they say this when they leave out other genres? Why?

They represent the american mainstream. Thats why you don't see death metal on the cover.

They have to make money, They sell more magazine by covering what is popular to the majority. If they did make it on the cover, every one is going to call them sell outs.
