Best of??? It may seem kinda lame, but you would probably get a pretty good selection. I picked it up for 8$.

That's weird, it's a very popular record.

Used though. Like people who don't like it sell it to them. I'll probably just go to Best Buy this weekend. I gotta pick up Who's Next and Fragile anyways.

Its hard to find good used albums, especially popular ones.

well if its not in any CD store u try internet at all? that really the only other alternative i see other than going door to door asking if they are willing to sell their CD but i sugest the former

USED cds i mean, u could find that CD new anywhere.

Yea I have The Who greatest hits (don't kill me), and one scratched. So I decided its time to get Who's Next. And Fragile is just because I've been listening to live Yes a lot, and I love it. Good music right there.

And I don't hate Motley Crue, I just don't like them.

Haha, greatest hits are usually the easiest and most econical way to get into a new band. If you have the money, I strongly recommend you buy the Who Live At Leeds 2-disc set. You have to shell out 30$, but it's the best money I have ever spent on a CD. Then again, Who's Next is top notch as far as their studio material. I just prefer the Who live.

magicbus 10-14-2004 08:17 PM

I've heard that album. Definently a worthy investment.

BludgeonySteve 10-14-2004 10:54 PM

clown_phobia 10-15-2004 12:36 AM

do the grunge bands count as classic rock?

BurnLikeABlackNight 10-15-2004 03:21 AM

Anybody ever hear of Atomic Rooster? They're an old classic rock/ folk rock group around sixties/early seventies. They got some amazing tunes. Sounds like the music from Monthy Python Holy Grail when Lancelot is legging it up to the castle. "Dun du da dun, dun du da dun (bit of flute flute), guitar riff, dun du da dun" that kinda stuff. Really good.

The version of Sparks on Live at Leeds is phenomenal, one of the best live songs I've ever heard probably.
