new Whitechapel doesn't impress me, the only song that i really like by them is Vicer Exerciser

hismajestythepope 04-09-2009 06:35 PM

imperialblackness 04-09-2009 06:51 PM

xMalcolmXx 04-09-2009 07:19 PM

JunBringer 04-09-2009 07:28 PM

probably the beginning of this is exile. which isn't really "growl rapping" rather just a fast sixteenth note growling pattern.

adb 04-09-2009 11:29 PM
fast sixteenth note growling pattern
woah

publicastration 04-09-2009 11:38 PM
fast sixteenth note growling pattern.
i can do syncopated 32nd note growling patterns in 17/84 reversed every 6 and a half measures

Tyler 04-09-2009 11:39 PM

anytime i've heard someone growl super fast it has always sounded really really terrible

hismajestythepope 04-09-2009 11:43 PM

That intro is anctually really cool.

comity 04-09-2009 11:51 PM

you could say im into math growls

adb 04-10-2009 12:20 AM

eliminator knows the score

forreal though eight/sixteenth note vocal patterns can be badass (Hour of Penance/Fleshgod Apocalypse, Deeds of Flesh, etc.)

comity 04-10-2009 12:27 AM

When you say eight/sixteenth note vocal patterns you've said it all.

adb 04-10-2009 12:29 AM

I just have a way with words y'know

xMalcolmXx 04-10-2009 09:17 AM

Fleshgod is the only good band you mentioned, well done.

RetiredAt21 04-10-2009 11:45 AM

I want someone to spit right in my ****ing face.

The Feeding 04-10-2009 11:46 AM

RetiredAt21 04-10-2009 11:47 AM

No fake.

The Feeding 04-10-2009 11:50 AM

neways deathcore, anything new that i haven't heard yet?

Dimmu Burger 04-10-2009 02:06 PM

nope. It's all been done.

The Feeding 04-10-2009 03:33 PM

i'm finding less and less music, it's sad

Dimmu Burger 04-10-2009 04:00 PM

I'm finding more and more, but more of it is generic.

adb 04-10-2009 05:01 PM
Fleshgod is the only good band you mentioned, well done.
liking Fleshgod but not HoP is heresy

you liking the wankier band w/ tacked on classical parts is quite funny

hismajestythepope 04-10-2009 05:38 PM

I guess.

I don't like all of Fleshgod's material, just the one split they're on.

The Feeding 04-10-2009 07:57 PM

i've only heard the new Fleshgod i have to admit it's damn good

Dimmu Burger 04-10-2009 08:34 PM

I downloaded it the other day. Still have to listen though.

The Feeding 04-10-2009 08:35 PM

you'll enjoy it, the piano parts add a sweet dynamic to the songs
