There are enough music stores around here for me to get completly **** faced drunk and wake up in the morning with a brand new acoustic electric bass, not remembering how I bought it.

Oh yeah!

Now that you mention it, I actually remember that now.

And it's still funny.

So, it has taken lots of thinking and eliminating people from the position of guitarist, but I think I have finally completed my dream band.

Mike Patton - Lead Vocals (and whatever else he wants to do)
Les Claypool - Bass, Backing Vocals (if necessary)
Danny Carey - Drums
Devin Townsend - Guitar, Backing Vocals (if necessary)

Now, I chose Devin Townsend because he plays guitar in several different genres of music and is no stranger to weird and experimental music. I have a feeling he would fit in quite well in this band.

Mine would be....

Freddy Mercury- Lead Vocals (exclude the fact hes dead)
Steve Harris - Bass
John Petrucci - Lead Guitar
Malcom Young - Rythm Guitar
Mike Portnoy- Drums

I pick these because they are probably the leaders in the rock genre at their instrument.

Spaceman Spiff 06-04-2005 01:03 AM

I'd do anything to get my dream band to become a real band. It would definately work.
