Just saying that, though. Cause I'm over on the mp.com forum, and that's where most news about DT/MP comes out first.

For the record, I believe MP was informed of how tight the show would be with their curfew sometime during Octavarium I think. That's why they quickly rush on and off for their thank you's/encore. MP said he had it perfectly timed out that they would make the curfew, but there were a few small delays at the start of the show and during the interval I believe.

I was on Petrucci's side in orchestra and like I said above, you can faintly see me wearing a white shirt, pretty faint that I'd have to take a screen cap and point it out. I'll do it some time.:thumb:

i just ran through it. absolutely fantastic. i felt the ending of octavarium was a little too rushed and thus slightly ruined that climactic feeling...but under those time restraints it was totally understandable. and it still gave me chills nevertheless.

the spirit carries on is absolutely fantastic :]

i think i saw the sign...but it was too far away to read anything. genuine, was it a HUGE white poster? i saw a big one and a smaller one to the very right

Does your dvd player have a zoom function? cus if so you should use it

Mike said about that $30,000 fine though that the promoter and RCHM manager or something like that paid it for them since they apparently enjoyed the show. he also said they were charged $200,000 just to play there, while most venues charge ~$10,000. Something like that anyway, he posted in a thread on his forums explaining it all a few weeks ago.

Amazon got my hopes up, offering both the Gigantour DVD and Score for £28 together. But it wont be shipped till Gigantour comes out, so im missing out on saving due to wanting Score NOW ><

Got a similar deal on the DVD and CD combo though, so its all good

I find I alt. pick everything unconsciously these days, I have to actually consciously play to downpick...

I assume it's alt. picking (I know alt. picking gives you fat forearms, unfortunately I don't have them yet though :(), I guess it's related to biceps, cause well, I don't move my arm at all when playing guitar, it's ALL in the wrist (I'm starting to strum with my arm actually).

So i was gonna wait the 4 days till now till the dvd comes out in england...but last night i happened to come across a torrent for all 3 disks of the cd...and i just couldn't help myself:(

The next thing i know i find myself listening to six degrees of inner turbulence with the orchestra...and i must say it is amazing:D

The only problem is that they have put SDOIT as just one file instead of the seperate parts...does it actually come like that on the proper cd?
