Let's Chop Cats! 03-25-2005 09:18 PM

My Ignite files are terrible unorganized. Also I'm way to lazy to put the actual cd on there.

A-Life-Less-Plagued 03-25-2005 09:20 PM

What I don't get is how they got on the same label as Lil Jon and the East Side Boyz.

Haha, they got really big then broke up. They're back now and I had so much fun at their show.

A-Life-Less-Plagued 03-25-2005 09:21 PM

I didn't like Ignite before, I'm liking the stuff I'm getting from you though.

Wow. Thats like having cereal with no milk.

Johnny EPHC 03-26-2005 12:10 AM

I actually eat my cereal without milk. Weird, I know.
I actually eat my cereal without milk. Weird, I know.
Do you eat it with some other liquid?

Dry cereal is horrible.

A-Life-Less-Plagued 03-26-2005 12:52 AM

Depends on the cereal.

shane italiano 03-26-2005 01:34 AM

Okay, just got back from the show.

I get there around 6. Buy my ticket, goto the dollar store and buy some food and go in my car and eat. Well while in my car I decided to not use the battery and turned the car off, leaving the keys in the ignition. I got out, forgot about the keys, locked the door and left. Then I remembered the keys ran back and spent about an hour and a half: getting people to call AAA, called the cops, worked a wire into the door panel, got a guy who used to steal cars to help, everything.

So finally I decided to go in because I wasn't missing With Honor no matter what.

So I go in, and my god. It was some of the best times I've ever had at a show. This place was a'ss packed, but I loved it. The entire time I was right up front singing along and stage diving. Hahaha, I even fell on the back of my head once. So good.

Then I called my mom and she said it was cool and to leave the car in the parking lot till tomorrow morning and to get a ride with friends.

Next was Comeback Kid. Such a good set. They played about half and half old stuff and new stuff...so half the sing alongs for me. Either way it was great. They played Step Ahead so it was all good.

All in all, great night.

Shane speaks the truth. Tonight was amazing. My whole body feels like jelly.

I told you it was going to be the best. You always seem to have car issues  . How was Bane?

Let's Chop Cats! 03-26-2005 09:54 AM

No Bane review?

Haha I locked my keys in my car when I saw With Honor 2 times ago.

He had to leave before Bane. That sucks.

BuddyBigsby 03-26-2005 12:49 PM

Shane left before Bane (hehe, rhyme) but I saw them so

Wow, they were amazing. I don't know as much of their stuff as I did all of the other bands, so I was worried I wouldn't have as much fun, but I was wrong. They opened with "Count Me Out" and then went right into "Ante Up". That alone, had the rest of the night sucked, would've made my night. The best part was when they played "Can We Start Again" because the entire stage FLOODED with bodies for the entire song. Hahaha, there were guys surfing the crowd on the actual stage, and I started two stepping on stage at one point. I couldn't see where any of the members were except for Aaron Dalbec, and he was basically being raped against his amp because of all the people on the stage. I don't know how he even had room to play. They encored with "Sunflowers and Sunsets"

And some other stuff Shane didn't mention
- With Honor had to stop after "Bridges and Gaps" and cut out "More than Heroes" because there was a huge pile-on (for which I am partly guilty of) and their singer got caught at the bottom and effed up his ankle. They were still fucking incredible though.

- EARN YOUR KEEP WERE AWESOME. Hometown boys represent. www.myspace.com/earnyourkeep

- Silent Drive weren't the best.... but I sung along like I said I would. They were pretty funny.

- Stage dives.

shane italiano 03-26-2005 02:15 PM

Nothing could have been better than the With Honor set. I was forhead to forhead with Todd the entire time.

shane italiano 03-26-2005 02:23 PM

Time to leave for the beach. Someone fine some pictures from last night.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-26-2005 03:29 PM

With Honor are so much fun live.

Bane played a different set than here. THey played Ante Up like 2nd to last. No encore here. Did they play the new song Pot Commited?

BuddyBigsby 03-26-2005 03:31 PM

I think. They played a couple new songs.

A-Life-Less-Plagued 03-26-2005 03:32 PM

Is there an MP3 anywhere of Pot Committed?

BuddyBigsby 03-26-2005 03:33 PM

Just stupid streaming audio.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-26-2005 03:33 PM

http://www.purevolume.com/bane

It's not downloadable. I think tomorrow when I have time I'm going to bootleg record it so I can put it on my ipod.

A-Life-Less-Plagued 03-26-2005 03:39 PM

I know about the streaming one...I posted the thread about it, butthole.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-26-2005 03:42 PM

Haha oh yeah I forgot. If I get around to making a crappy copy of it I'll let you guys get it on soulseek.
