haha, well i can DEFINITELY say i've worked in food industry for TOO long.

I was a cook at an extremely busy restaurant. 2 hour waits for a table kind of thing.

The servers thought they should get "special" treatment because the were pleasing to the eyes. I had to remind them numerous times that ole kurrps doesnt descriminate
I hadn't seen you for quite a while until a few days ago, actually.

But then my posting has been ridiculously irregular (overall) itself. So never mind.

We have a whoel wall designated for our draft beers. The amount of botted we have is also disgustingly large amount. Its a big reason why we have been so busy since the store opened.

No, that's about right. I was on holiday back home so I wasn't on mx at all. So that was about a month, a little more than. Plus even so I'm not spending as much time solely in R&M as I once used to.

But alas I'm back at uni now so I have class...and then lots of free time to kill unfortunately. So I'll be back here pretty regularly till my next break.

Fortunately for me, I live 5 minutes away from a Rock Bottom. A little expensive, but they have a microbrewery and some quality beer. North Star Ale...

My girlfriend and I went there for our 6 months "anniversary" date. Shame neither of us is old enough to legally drink (though I doubt they'd have IDed me heh). It's a nice place though. The one we went to is huge too. A bit farther than 5 mins away though. Especially since we went to the one downtown.

kurrpt 01-19-2006 01:58 PM

It's a reference to Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy.

PinkFreud 01-19-2006 02:56 PM

i think he's talking about the axl speaks thread. i feel bad because i like spat out plath and i don't want his thread to go to hell but these people who don't expect axl badmouthing to happen are stupid. i mean, the guy's useless and he's been teasing with rumors of the new album for publicity. it's sad.

I recently ordered his last book, Salmon of Doubt, and I look forward to reading it again :-)

I just went lifting for the first time...Three hours later, my arms, chest, and back are completely dead =(

I tried out for football my freshman year in High School. The next day my muscles got so tight that I could barely even extend my arms.

it's been a long time since ive worked out. there's a weight room right in my dorm. i should do it.

i won't do it.
