I made sure the only active ingredient was DXM. It's a 4 oz bottle, I've been reading online and they've been suggesting low doses. But if you think I should take the whole bottle, then I'm all for it.

Yeah, I would go for the whole bottle. When I was first starting out I would take the whole 4oz or the whole 20 gel caps and it was always really good.

My only advice is if you start to itch ignore it.

It'll probably last 4ish hours.

The itching is beatable, but once you start you probably won't be able to stop because it feels so damn good. But definintely don't start itching.

Oh man I made some weird *** posts last night...but Ash its over the counter. Its found in Robitussin (don't take that it tastes too bad) and Vicks 44 (take that it tastes minty its just thick), and in capsules but you don't wanna swallow 20 + pills. So yeah, a whole bottle of Vicks 44 will be awesome. Last night was amazing, oh my god.
