Smoking helps for IBS. Dannon Activia yogurt is supposed to help with irregularity. Ex-Lax helps with constipation.

yeah i know about smoking for IBS but i dont have IBS

i have a high fiber diet i think its a combination of things like a small internal hemroid which happens from lifting occasionally

aren't intestinal and rectal health problems hilarious i think they are

Ugh the last time I did squats for reps it was with 275 with good form. I love seeing retards in the gym put on 4 plates and go down about 6 inches and think it's a legitimate rep.

I was at about 315 for deads though, that's without doing squats beforehand of course.

it is infinitely better to do less weight than your absolute max by a significant margin and focus ALL your energy on SLOW reps with PERFECT form. not even the slightest bit of cheating.

IE i only do bicep curls at around 100 lbs. i could max at 120 but i stick to 80/100 and do nothing but perfect reps. i only use a straight bar or preacher curls to assist with that

and lower weight allows you to flex harder in the apex of the rep

I don't really post on any bb forums...I tend to rely more on reading articles on kinesiology because i'd trust a scientist's word over some meathead. I've found 80-85% of my 1RM is the best for me...

If you want to absolutely rape your biceps do some pronated curls from time to time. A lot of idiots have underdeveloped brachiallis from doing nothing but preacher/olympic curls every arm workout.

im an isolationist i hit inner and outer biceps from things like positioning on the straight bar, forearm curls, inverted bicep curls, hammer curls, etc

im by no means the chest/bi guy every day lmao

i really like doing forearms though

And damn dude you're a beast if you can get reps with 100. I usually up my reps to about 12 with 65-75 with curls because I do my whole upper body in the same workout, so by the time I get to bicep/tricep isolation I'm just about kicked.

hammer curls, inside/outside straight bar grips, and zottman curls are so ****ing underrated.

everybody knows youre supposed to jerk your back sharply and lean to your weak side when you do curls :rolleyes:

i need to get my chest on the level of my back. when i was like 14 i put a pullup bar in my closet and didnt do anything besides those. so now i can do wide grip pullups like a banshee but can only get 80lb dumbells for 6 reps on a flat bench
