Hey I've had struggles with anxiety since I unhung that dead inmate last summer. I'm finally medicated and it's really helpful. See somebody and get some Lexapro dude, seriously.

The omega 3 supplements definitely helped but they're not really a cure. Before I started taking them I pretty much had chronic anxiety and now it comes and goes but it's still really disruptive.
