good day today
went and had a bbq at a mates, saw some people i havent seen in a while, then went back to my friends house after dropping him home and chilled. his parents cooked me dinner, that was awesome

ah they just cooked like pork i think and vegies and potato gems, it was cool

although the family is religious so i had to say grace with them so it was a little funny but i respected their traditions and ate their food :) it was nice

also he has a little brother and a little sister, and the brothers girlfriend was over and it was awkward because last time i was there they were on the phone and i asked what his girlfriend was doing but i accidentally called his gf his sisters name because ttheyre pretty similar (at least i think so). it was kinda funny though

I've been in South Africa for the last two weeks visting family and hanging out and I went to a Game Reserve where I saw some kickass animals. What have I missed?

I saw every safari animal you could think of, many of them up very very close (ie lions, elephants, buffalo) and when I say close I mean pretty much arms length from the open jeep style car. Sometimes terrifying but seriously amazing.

Didn't catch any rugby but I was there when Boks played British & Irish Lions, apparently 30 000 people came over from Britain. Crazy stuff, they were everywhere.

Elephants are wicked.

That Mad Mike and Mark show is crazy, two South African wild life photographers who get really up close with lions and cheetahs and all that.
