idk man. the only reason i care about life is having a really close monogamous relationship with someone. it makes everything okay for me.

That sucks a lot. I echo RetiredAt21's sentiments in regards to that situation. Some people are like that and it's sad for everyone involved. Make sure she knows you care but don't go over the top because that will probably annoy her more in her current state.
