i was at mammoth mountain. pretty good stuff, and the city has its own brewery which is nice

LA is really fun to live in, but it fucking sucks to visit. It's dirty and hard to commute anywhere and all the tourist traps are fucking obnoxious

LA was kind of dirty to me, and it was fuckin huge and for some reason i hate being in giant cities, makes me claustrophobic

the problem with it is that it has no middle class and its hard to commute. So essentially its dumb to visit unless youre just there for tourist traps and shopping. As for living there, its great if youre already establish and have a good job, but if you dont then your living expenses will eat you alive.
