I'm going on a plane Friday to Colorado. I'm going to be gone for 9 days. I don't know what 9 days is like without MX. :D

Who do you live with now?
My grandmother.

She's at work right now, she works from 3PM to 2AM, so I'm pretty much home alone all the time.

Illmatic 06-17-2005 11:42 PM

What work does she do that lasts 12 hours? Is she a nurse or doctor or something?

And are you with her for good or just for the summer?

I would like to quote Ray's friend here and just say this.

Question...ICB, is that a new name, or have you always been ICB? I don't think I've ever seen you post, yet you have over 6k.

Illmatic 06-18-2005 01:02 AM

I never pictured him with a fat chick's face, though.

And I always assumed he had glasses.

I dunno.

Dancin' Man 06-18-2005 01:22 AM

Dream Theater are going to Italy too. There were signs all over the place, right next to the ones for La Boheme. .....it would've been cooler if I actually liked Dream Theater.

I got a new mp3 player yesterday. It can hold up to 65 thousand something songs. Much better than my old one (which has now passed to my mom...lol) which could only hold four hours. I gotta start making some more requests so that I can get some new music. I plan on ordering the Kalmah, Imperanon and Wintersun albums asap. :D

Wow, I'm not sure I even know 65 thousand songs.

Taste_My_Scythe 06-18-2005 08:42 AM

I know, isn't that rad? It actually sound way too good to be true, I better go double check.

I have sonic stage for my minidisk and it sucks balls...
the software is confusingly designed, it saves things as .omg
files rather than wma, although you can convert .wma to .omg you couldn't send a .omg file to someone who doesn't have sonicstage for example

Taste_My_Scythe 06-18-2005 08:58 AM

I know. It was really hard to figure out in the beginning because my old mp3 player was just a click and drag from the desktop or wherever to the removeable disk. Whatever though. I figured it out.

Dancin' Man 06-18-2005 10:46 AM

NP Storm - Oppi Fjellet

This is the catchiest song ever.

ATM 06-18-2005 10:46 AM

Dancin' Man, I'm loving this Cynic album I downloaded from you.

Dancin' Man 06-18-2005 10:48 AM

Because Cynic are awesome is why. Hear that nasty bass?

SP Storm - Oppi Fjellet

THe catchiest song ever.

I'll upload it for everyone

ATM 06-18-2005 10:58 AM

I was hanging with my friend James last night, who is a pretty big metal head. And we ended up hitting the gravity bong and listening to Cynic.

I was really happy when I saw you had this album.

Holy shit thats fucking insane. Where did you get that.

Dr. Jake Destructo 06-18-2005 01:29 PM

They consider 1 song to be like three and a half minutes. Who listens to songs that are only 3 and a half minutes long?

I'm sure they also consider the song to be 64 kbps bit rate, meaning that if you actualy like to listen to music in high definition, you're not going to get half of the songs on there as what they say.

My one friend got the 20 gig iPod and he has tons of Opeth, Bloodbath, Cryptopsy, and such on it, so does he listen to crap because he uses an iPod?

munky_magik 06-18-2005 01:44 PM

I think she meant that people who listen to shorter songs will get the number of songs on an ipod that is advertised, but people who listen to longer songs won't get the advertised number.
