And then I asked him to give examples of the moral decline, he couldn't.

And...God, we started talking about what's after death, and it's like...like, HE can't wrap his mind around how there's nothing after death, which is my belief, but he scoffs at me when I say that I think it's totally bizarre to believe that after you die you float on up to a mystical f[B]u[/B]cking castle in the sky. Then he started calling me cynical and narrow minded for writing off everything without contemplating it, even though I DO contemplate it.

And...and, damn it. I'm so much better at arguing on the computer. I just kept stuttering and misspeaking. i went home this weekend and tinkered with a new set up. i haven't jammed so well in a good while. don't know if it was the new set up, the new tuning i gave my snares or just the way i felt, but i had a hell of a time.

either way, i'm gonna call guitar center in about 15-20 minutes to get an update on my drums. i'm hoping they come in sometime this week.

Hope the kit comes in soon. Yamaha, right? I must have taken your share of good service, my yammie came in 3 days before it was supposed to. =\
