Thats pretty much the same deal with me but since they are touring now they probably won't come back for another year so I'll probably go.

Sounds pretty damn good

Chu 08-20-2006 08:08 PM

Is it bad I find myself enjoying Risk? :p

pate 08-20-2006 11:35 PM

Yes.

...only kidding. I enjoy Crush 'Em from time to time.

Apocalyptic Raids 08-20-2006 11:36 PM

I've only heard Insomnia from that album.

I don't really intend to hear anymore, either.

eug008 08-21-2006 12:47 AM

Thats probably a good idea, never really liked anything off that CD

Jev 08-21-2006 05:26 AM

I think the only thing I can stand is Crush 'Em.

Drone 08-21-2006 09:04 AM

Not even Prince of Darkness? I love that song!

victim of changes 08-21-2006 12:04 PM

Risk was the first megadeth album i bought lol.

I like Prince of Darkness and Crush 'Em.

Jev 08-21-2006 02:21 PM
Not even Prince of Darkness? I love that song!
I forgot that was on there :p

Retrovertigo 08-21-2006 02:56 PM

I just started listening to some Megadeth yesterday, I forgot how kickass Holy Wars is. Not to mention Return to Hangar 18 and Rust in Peace.. Polaris

eug008 08-22-2006 12:45 AM

Rust in Peace.. Polaris is just ace

Jev 08-22-2006 09:31 AM

Yeah, I think they should play that one much more live.

jane 08-22-2006 09:37 AM

By the way, who did the solo in "rust in peace polaris demo" ? (in the remastered CD). Was it marty? This solo sounds strangely for a fredmanian solo .

Jev 08-22-2006 09:43 AM

According to the booklet, it was Chris Poland.

jane 08-22-2006 09:49 AM

Wasn't chris fired in 1986?
So rust in peace polaris was recorded before 1986?

Jev 08-22-2006 09:55 AM

I'm not sure. Either there's something wrong with the book, or Mustaine got Poland back for the demo.

Or it could be that old. Doesn't sound that old in the demo though.

Lord Abortion 08-22-2006 10:55 AM

Risk is teh ghey, really.
It's like Cryptic Writings and TWNAH without the good tracks that are on those two.
Like Trust, Use the man, Return to Hangar, etc.

victim of changes 08-22-2006 09:28 PM

I dont have TWNAH wats everyones opinion of that?

Chu 08-22-2006 09:54 PM

I like it. The whole album is good.

Then again, I like Risk :smoke:

FatalEnergy 08-22-2006 10:52 PM

Ewwwww.

That is all.

pate 08-22-2006 11:05 PM

I hate risk, but like TWNAH a lot.

Nepenthe 08-22-2006 11:06 PM

TWNAH has it's moments, Risk, on the other hand, does not.

pate 08-23-2006 12:01 AM

Exactly.

eug008 08-23-2006 01:31 AM

Quorthonace said it, I'm not really a fan of either albums but TWNAH>Risk

jane 08-23-2006 02:54 AM

TWNAH > Youthanasia

eug008 08-23-2006 03:04 AM

No Way, Youth is quite a solid album while TWNAH is not

Apocalyptic Raids 08-23-2006 03:08 AM

I haven't heard Youthanasia.

TWNAH is kinda average, though.
