my friend nick bought an ipod video and didnt get a warrenty for it. like 2 weeks after he got it it like stopped working im pretty sure he brought it back to the store and they gave him a new one or fixed it though.

haha, i have like 10 disks full of my old music from my old computer. thats cdr though, not dvd.

Apple customer service has always been really great for me, pretty prompt service (longest I've ever been on hold was about 15 minutes) and very friendly but professional people. In fact, they once even helped me with a computer I didn't have a warrantee on.

I dunno, it's just pretty much an annoying program, and you are forced to use it if you get an iPod. I don't like the way it saves your files, and stuff, I dunno really how to explain it.

I like mine the way it is, I go to my external, click "My Music" then there is a folder for each artist, and when I open let's say, my Journey folder (picked Journey because that's what I'm listening to heh), inside there is another folder called Escape, and inside that is all the songs from that album. I just prefer it that way and I'm used to it, heh.
