Hatful of Hallow is a good Smiths release but the songs sound a little tedious at times (This Night Has Opened My Eyes and Back to the Old House are amazing songs though).

I am in love with Blade Runner just now...I went to a screening last night with a couple of buddies after we'd eaten some "hash cookies", and it was incredible. That movie is trippy as hell, the lights, the music and sound effects were mesmerising.

I am watching that movie tonight, weird...

Where would I get tickets for it? Would the ticket place under the central bridge have them?

I've been to Stereo once, to see Liars, and I just got tickets on the door. But since you're not 18 it'd be better if you already have tix before turning up though, as they're less likely to refuse you entry. I'm pretty certain that you could get them under central bridge, so I'd try there. If not you could try Monorail records, have you ever been there?

The door security at Stereo is REALLY lax, by the way. I'm sure you wouldn't have trouble getting in.

You've got to check out Monorail man, it's easily the best record store in Glasgow. Their Sonic Youth section alone is worth going for, as they must have 30+ cds and loads more vinyls related to the band. It's near the St. Enoch Centre, located inside a vegan bar/restaurant...I highly recommend going next time you're in town.

Finding it is the only problem, and I'd still not know it existed if a guy at my college hadn't told me about it.
