ShelBel 10-04-2004 10:50 AM

moxshyfter 10-04-2004 11:23 AM

Yay, Nicolas is slacking off on the forums again today! ;)

nisakss 10-04-2004 11:26 AM

Hey Paul, what's up? I'm here bored like hell at work, with tons of stuff to do, yet not doing them. You could say I'm quite the procastinator, but it's just that working on mondays is so hard...

Anyhow, I had a great weekend, didn't do much, but on saturday I went to a friend's good-bye party (how do you call those??). It was good, but now it means that my guitar player is gone, and besides that we were really good friends...anyway he will be gone only for a couple of months to the U.S

PaulSimonon 10-04-2004 11:27 AM

Pracrastination is good!

Jamie 10-04-2004 11:47 AM

ohhh it is! i want it in natural.

nisakss 10-04-2004 11:47 AM

What does OLP mean? Is it Official Licensed Porducts? Because as far a know, they make copies of other brands, right?

Jamie 10-04-2004 11:49 AM

Officially licensed products

owned by ernie ball. basically if you think of it this way.

fender have. the american - mexican - squier

ernie ball have musicman - sub - olp

except the olp is alot better than the squier!

PaulSimonon 10-04-2004 11:52 AM

A random tree branch would function just about as good as a Squier.....

Accentopus 10-04-2004 11:55 AM

No he hecho nada por todo el dia tampoco. No se sientas mal. ;)

En ingles, para referir a una fiesta que celebra una salida, se diria "Going-away party." Tambien, la pregunta que se usa es "What do you call those?" Cuando se refiere a nombres en ingles, se usa la palabra "what." Entiendes? :)

:amaze: 10-04-2004 01:30 PM

I dunno ... a 5+ stringer ... probably either a 5 (EADGC) or 6 (BEADGC) I think I'm gonna go check some out here in a little bit.

He was telling me not to worry, that he had done nothing either all day long.

And that my question shouldn't have used "how" but "what", because when you refer to names in english you use "what".

He's my on-line english teacher :amaze:

Jamie 10-04-2004 01:32 PM

hehe :)

thanks

:amaze:
Check out the B.C Innovator, I own a four stringer and I'm very happy with it. It's a 35" scale, which would make the b string sound tight, and the tone is really good, very focused, similar to Flea's tone in Around the World.

The neck is superb, and it has really good action.
Maybe... my day at uni consists of playing computer games all day :D well not really. I'm studying computer games which is not as easy as it sounds. We have to design and program games, learn about project managment, 3D graphics etc. I really enjoy it.
My past year was that way but I failed all my exams except two. this year I have to take it more seriously so..

And my studies are more teorically oriented, practice and programming are the last part of my career.
