I'm not a big fan of the Dynobeats, but whatever floats your boat.

Aaron 10-09-2005 07:42 PM

they're the best cymbal if you play heavily, but like dark tone and dont want to comprimise K tone for stupid Z-ness, IMO

Loyton 10-09-2005 07:43 PM
I'm not a big fan of the Dynobeats, but whatever floats your boat.
Im using dynobeats right now. They are z over z though, soon to be my aux. hats. Mabye like some aax's for main babys, or a groovy pair of new beats. Dunno.

infeef 10-09-2005 07:52 PM

i dont like dyno beats much, they are too meaty and heavy for me, they have a nice 'chick' though.

Loyton 10-09-2005 07:59 PM
i dont like dyno beats much, they are too meaty and heavy for me, they have a nice 'chick' though.
Same here.... but they WILL be nice as aux. hats.

O and if anybody wants to read about my wonderfully cool plans for my car go to the thread HAhaha (i hijacked it yes)

-edit my post count is sweet.

Aaron 10-09-2005 08:00 PM

^s'good though if you play heavy music, but have tonal taste ;)

infeef 10-09-2005 08:03 PM

they wouldent be bad for aux hats, they just dont have a versatile sound.

Loyton 10-09-2005 08:04 PM

i totally agree. And to that other guy, i have great tonal metal taste.

CombatWombat3 10-09-2005 08:05 PM

Ok, as ruler of this thread, I order you all to take a break from whatever work you might be doing, go to your castle, put your feet up and drink a guiness. And try to at least act irish.

Aaron 10-09-2005 08:06 PM

Extra Stout of course?

Am i the only drummer on this forum intrigued by rap? Ever since i got a job at a autoshop where they play Rap on the radio, I started liking it.

bobby__johnny 10-09-2005 08:34 PM

i keep pushing Evergrey to people....just such a great band. everyone check them out!

kinda dark, slightly progish metal...no screamos...everything melodic and heavy.

all the lyrics have a lot of feel and emotion in it.....just great music

I like rap a lot actually, I'm not a big listener, but whenever it's on the radio or soemthing, I'll turn it on. I like Atmosphere a lot, they're probably my favorite.

Hmm I am intrigued...any recommended songs?

CombatWombat3 10-09-2005 08:52 PM

Wow...this kit is SO sexy! My god, I LOVE it! It's like Mace Windu's drumset.

^That is a very sexy kit!

Seafroggys 10-09-2005 08:54 PM

I could never get into rap. The only rap where I thought "hey this is bearable" is this one local group in my area. I was at the studio where they cut their record and the guy showed it to us, pretty decent.

Aaron 10-09-2005 08:58 PM

dunt like that kit. poormans purple monster

I could never understand what people liked about it. It's just fake synthesized music with someone talking and yelling a lot. Rappers do seem to like saying their own name a lot don't they? (ex. Mike Jones, I'm so f***ing sick of everyone saying that).

Aaron 10-09-2005 09:15 PM

Question/Poll: What do we all do for work?

Double Bass Jim 10-09-2005 09:16 PM
Hmm I am intrigued...any recommended songs?
The Masterplan, A Touch Of Blessing, Nosferatu, More Than Ever, Harmless Wishes

pretty much anything really. they have a few songs that are either acoustic, or really mellow, flowing into heavy

Juicy_Forlorn 10-09-2005 09:29 PM

Awesome, thanks. I'll be sure to check them out:)
