I'm quicker with one pedal than with two, lol. I can sit pretty comfortably with one pedal doing 16ths at about 120bpm or so [or 32nd notes at 60bpm, [or 64th notes at 30bpm [how's that for metric modulation]]].

I've never liked double-pedal playing, I can get a pretty fast twitch-fibre thing going with a single kick.

I only use my slave-pedal [the second one] for when I'm doing triplet pattern stuff, or throwing 5/6/7/9 stroke rolls underneath tom fills.

the bloke next door was just running up the street swinging a golf club around shouting a load of f[size=2]uc[/size]k you's after there was just some guy on the kerb who turned up and they had a screaming match at each other, then he was screaming at his wife now she and her daughter are walking up the road giggling at him happily then the cops turned up when I got back from the shop a block away :/
