The guitar Jaymez uses with the choppers inc. logo on it had a great sound but my favourite would be the white E.S.P with EET FUK written on it, the Flying V with green flames from the Whiskey in the jar video is pretty cool also...
(to give this a point)
James - White esp explorer with the EET FUK in the corner, original gibson white flying v used in the early 80's Kirk - Black Jackson V, and the custon ESP like the red and yellow one with the wierd skull on it |

Congrads on your stars JACKROXYOU :thumb:
Hey jack got stars??? congrats man And I now have a ton of respect for Mustaine. He really is an amazing guitarist that couldn't control his addicitons. I feel bad for him. What would it feel like being the number 2 knowing you were the number one and kicked out? |

im glad there's megadeth, because then there wouldn't be kirk hammett |
I really, REALLY hope Mustaine continues to act the way he did in that message he wrote after he did the Dimebag Headbanger's Ball. I hate knowing there's fueds between bands I like. Lars isn't helping with that either :/
|
I think Mustaine>Hammett, but not in Metallica. Hammett fits the style so much better.

Did you see SKOM? They had like a four hour therapy session with Lars and Dave and they worked a lot of things out. I think the sessions like that led to the apology Dave made |
im glad there's megadeth, because then there wouldn't be kirk hammett
kirk would have been in another band cause he was already in one at the time he enterd metallica |
I think Mustaine>Hammett, but not in Metallica. Hammett fits the style so much better.
Well, they would have a different style with Mustaine. I think Mustaine made Kill 'Em All more of a thrash-metal cd and Ride the Lightning with Hammett was a more metal cd which I and apparently 90 million other people think |

True but Hammett and Hetfield are amazing. The duos they write are just unbelievable. They're not like crazy solos, but it's two completely different guitar parts that sound so perfect together. I even get non-Metallica fans to agree that they are technically amazing |
Mustian did work on ride the lightning aswell
|

I think it's a good duo too. To your other post, like mox_kill said, Mustaine did a lot of work on RTL too. |
Mustian did work on ride the lightning aswell
Yes, RTL and Call of Ktulu, both of the thrash metal songs on that album (there are more, but i dont think as much) |

Fight Fire with Fire and Creeping Death are just as thrashy, IMO. I forget what point I'm trying to prove. :) |

I forget what point I'm trying to prove. :)
I don't know either. Yes they're thrashy, but Kirk brought in his own taste and style of soloing which led to Fade to Black, MOP, etc
anybody seen kirks picture when he was little?
why do you ask? |
