Vote me for Mod.

(:p;))

I agree, I'd love to hear it. Just YouTube up some of the recording videos and you could get an idea of what they'd be like.

:naughty:

anyone else excited about (+44)?

Surtr 07-22-2006 10:18 PM

So..I've re-discovered the 'not-so-lost' awesomeness of "Story Of A Lonely Guy". I love this song, it's been on repeat for a while.

yourstruly 07-22-2006 10:33 PM

wouldn't it be funny if one of Blinks band members joined and said it was them, but we didn;t believe them?.

Seriously if I am ever famous i'm gonna join a messageboard like this just for the hell of it.

yourstruly 07-22-2006 10:51 PM

I don't get why he has brackets around it

poo-poo-pee-pee 07-23-2006 02:03 AM

I think it'd be coz that's how it is written on thier site: (+44)
Also, Mark usually writes it like that.

Bad Blood 07-23-2006 02:29 AM

OMG ITS MARK HOPPUS GICE

yourstruly 07-23-2006 02:50 AM

Pazz 07-23-2006 08:44 AM

Do we really need another Mark Hoppus imposter?

DJ Ducksauce 07-23-2006 11:51 AM

Eh, he's not saying he's Mark...yet...

Fish 07-23-2006 12:44 PM

maybe he is <_<

yourstruly 07-23-2006 04:35 PM

Probably, but if I was Mark i'd join a better Blink forum than this one.
I meant just a Blink forum.
yourstruly 07-23-2006 07:55 PM

nobodyblossomsforever 07-23-2006 07:59 PM

AH MARK HOPPUS

fag

poo-poo-pee-pee 07-24-2006 12:56 AM

If Mark joined a forum like this, I doubt he'd actually have his screen name as 'Mark Hoppus'. It'd be something stupid, like:
"UnicornsAreReal"
"RollerPig"
"poo-poo-pee-pee"
Know what I mean? ;)

...Okay, I'm not Mark.

yourstruly 07-24-2006 01:22 AM

MaRkS LieK So FunAAY! LOLlolOLOlol

poo-poo-pee-pee 07-24-2006 01:53 AM

Even though (I assume) you were being sarcastic, yes. Yes he is.
Mark is effin' hilarious, haha. Tom was too, 'til he got... weird.

yourstruly 07-24-2006 06:11 AM

yeah. It's fuckin strange that Mark is exactly the same person as he's always been, yet Tom has "grown up". Tom seems so fake.

chumpradio 07-24-2006 06:14 AM

Tom has been "growing up" for a long time.
Ever since the days of Boxcar and the self titled, he was a lot more serious.
And I can understand why he wanted to grow up, he is in his 30's, he can't sing songs about high school for his whole life, and he doesn't want to be seen as a sad 30 year old that is living in the past, trying to act like a kid still.

Well, that's what I'm guessing it's about.

yourstruly 07-24-2006 06:17 AM

yeah, but he made such a huge change. Mark hasn't changed at all really, and he's not a sad 30 year old trying to act like a kid. I gues if you just hung out with Tom like as his friend or something you'd see he's still pretty immature.

Bad Blood 07-24-2006 05:13 PM

i've just had a thought; on Blink - S/T most of the songs are pretty deep etc

any meanings to songs? i never thought about this before, what would they have to write about?

well I'll be honest. not all of it was from something going on in our lives at the time. alot of the album was made up. for example, when I wrote Dammit back a while ago, it was based on a break-up that never did actually happen. some of the stuff on the album of course came from experiences and such from our pasts, and even a friends past (Easy Target).

the album wasn't so much "deep" as it was, just matured (as if you guys probably have heard that term enough about the album). we went into recording that album as true adults, with children, not just as the 'idiots' we had seemed to always act like.

Bad Blood 07-24-2006 05:35 PM

THANKS MARK
