How do I open ports on Norton Personal Firewall and/or Windows in general? Haven't messed with ports in the longest but they're messing with my BitTorrent. :(

We started our final year of high school in Term 4 of last year, so the end of Term 3 this year is our final classes. The only thing I go back for now is to sit my final exams between Oct 18 and Nov 10.
