thats why I like guitar, the smaller strings ring out more, but I still should get an acoustic. That or a bass too, since I know of no other bassist and I want to record some stuff with bass, so might as well do it myself

i brought one of them yesterday, not because it was pink but because it was £15 down from £50.

and i needed a new one anyway so i thought might as well, it does look good on my bass though

i was surprised how much of a difference it makes to my sound.

Picks look way better to play with normally i reckon, and it's not to hard to convert to fingers for the odd song. Depends on what music you are playing though, some songs sound better with fingers, and others with a pick
