I thought they would have released the cinema version as on movie like they in the US. It was called Grindhouse for a reason.

I still haven't seen Grindhouse, but once more, who cares, no zombies.

The horror genre is nothing without the living dead.

No, we wouldn't "get" the concept, so they split in two releases which conveniently made up for the disappointing box office in the US.

Dude, Plant Terror is totally about zombies.

i am the robots 10-23-2007 03:15 PM

Seriously? I haven't payed attention to anything related to film since like three years ago, so yeah.

gmoneyguy 10-23-2007 03:16 PM

Monticello 10-23-2007 03:17 PM

I can't decide what's worse, a film where zombies eat everyone or a film where living people eat everyone? idk

i am the robots 10-23-2007 03:17 PM

I'm kinda blazed, that confused me.

Monticello: zombies/all forms of undeath are epic

Havent seen 28 days later or 28 weeks later? Actually i dont know if the first one was within three years. But they are pretty cool post apocalyptic/zombie type movies.

Yeah but man, if zombies started popping out of the ground, I'd be code brown so fast :(

gmoneyguy 10-23-2007 03:23 PM

I have a friend who is seriously afraid zombies. I mean that is his single greatest fear.

Tyr 10-23-2007 03:25 PM

Great phobia. I could trade in mine for that one.

Mine too, I was round my friends house when i was about 4 and he starting playing resident evil, and I was absolutely bricking it.

gmoneyguy 10-23-2007 03:37 PM

rofl. I can see how trauma as kid can lead to such a fear.

Monticello 10-23-2007 03:43 PM

It's unreal.

jrowa001 10-23-2007 03:49 PM

so i skipped my linear algebra class and i was able to pick up the new Coheed and Serj album. now i just got to get the new Say Anything when i get paid tomorrow

Nostalgia 10-23-2007 03:51 PM

I missed school and didn't really do anything today.

Eliminator 10-23-2007 03:53 PM

i made a pen with the head of a ken doll on the top

gmoneyguy 10-23-2007 03:55 PM

I did few drawings and am now waiting to leave work in about 5 min.

Tyr 10-23-2007 03:56 PM

I sat in front of a computer with a GIS project.

AA-12 10-23-2007 03:58 PM

I woke up, got a box from fedex, painted some Warhammer stuff, ate McDonalds, and am now sitting here. I have no life anymore to be honest. The only "obligation" or constant thing in my week is Bowling practice on Thursdays.

gmoneyguy 10-23-2007 03:59 PM

So you don't even have a job?

Tyr 10-23-2007 04:00 PM

You bowl? Cool.

Man, that's even depresing reading. :(

Nope.
You bowl? Cool.
Yeah. I'm getting pretty big into it (doesn't mean great :p). I'm hoping to start league play in about 3-4 months.

EDIT: Haha, it's not bad Austin. I'm really enjoying my life right now.

Tyr 10-23-2007 04:08 PM

It's mad expensive to go bowling here. It's a pity, 'cause I love it.

Tyler 10-23-2007 04:09 PM

I like going bowling when they turn the lights off and it becomes some weird hallucinatory thing. Bowling + Beer + LAZERZZZZ = win.

TojesDolan 10-23-2007 04:09 PM

Bowling is meh for me.

AA-12 10-23-2007 04:10 PM
It's mad expensive to go bowling here. It's a pity, 'cause I love it.
Same here really. Shoes are like $3. Luckily I bought a bag, ball, and shoes so all I pay for is the actual lane.

Tyr 10-23-2007 04:11 PM

I've never tried that, but someday I might. Sounds pretty fun.

Here the shoes are included in the fee if you're an amateur like me.

Nostalgia 10-23-2007 04:12 PM

I have too short of a temper to bowl.

Eliminator 10-23-2007 04:14 PM

bowling shoes are the best

Tyr 10-23-2007 04:16 PM

And the sizes are weird.

AA-12 10-23-2007 04:19 PM

You used to have to pay for house balls here too, on top of everything else :\

TojesDolan 10-23-2007 04:20 PM

I prefer playing pool or billiards.

Riva 10-23-2007 04:20 PM

Haha, yeah, I love how the correlation between the number on the shoe and the actual shoe size seems to be completely random. Not to mention I always get stuck with shoes from two different pairs. :(

Tyr 10-23-2007 04:22 PM

@ Josh: That's ludicrous.

AA-12 10-23-2007 04:22 PM

Bowling shoes are about a size/size and a half smaller than your normal pair. 9 = 8.

EDIT: Yeah, my ball was $75. About 15-20 games would've been pushing that just for the "rented' equipment.

Monticello 10-23-2007 04:23 PM

Once I saw a little kid bowling overarm. Actually slamming the ball into the floor. I'm surprised the lane didn't break.

ZapatoDiablo 10-23-2007 04:24 PM
