Some emo is ok I guess, when it has good instrumental, not just moany 'my girlfriends left me, I have no job, etc' stuff

Yeah, I always have trouble with the timing. Dont even need to look for the chord changes, come too naturally. Plus palm mutin hurts after a while, my poor right hand isnt used to doing it, usually play songs without it

I can only do it when its a few strings, or an easy drop d style chord. I hate choirds really, i prefer speedy picking more.

The top 90s music prog on Channel 4 has distracted me, im now learning....learnt Song 2 by Blur. Gonna play it amplified tommorrow

sweet, i bruaght my bass to my dads with out the amp.

I took my whole set up to my nans when I last went. fair to say I had to keep the volume down though, and played a lot of acoustic sounding stuff.

Thought bass unamplified was bad? or you just took it for the pics?

i took it for the pics, but it can play played unpluged with a pick, but the low sound is hard to here playing finger style, picks not to bad.

That why i have my lead and no amp, i thuaght id make it look like it is plug in :(
