Yeah, if I do it, I will try to get DBJ to give me a 1000-2000 post count. I just realized that starting at zero would be really weird... and I don't think I'd like it.

How many posts do you have to have? 1500?


Even if it did take them away, it wouldn't matter that much to me. I'd still have all my rep points, and once I reached the right number of posts, I'd be right back on top again.

1,000 for stars, I think.

I still don't really see the point, though. Changing your postcount won't change that you still have made 10,000+ posts.

Before my accounts got merged, I had about 2500, and after, I had almost 7000-8000 :-/


If he unmerged my accounts to where I only had the posts I've made on Mekkalayakay, I'd have anywhere from 4000-6000, and I'd be happier with that.

The point: I just don't like seeing a giant post count next to my name. I don't know why.

I've no idea whether unmerging accounts can be done, but you could go and ask about it in Site (in Ask the Mods).

Anyway, since she doesn't seem about to answer, does anyone know who Distant Echoes was?

I thought someone said The Mighty Zep, but I'm not sure.

I dont think you can unmerge. For example I had a name change from KingofDudes to Gilmour and the name KingofDudes didnt exist anymore.
