Which Sabbat songs would you like to see available for download in the HoT?
you gotta do Behind the Crooked Cross and Do Dark Horses Dream of Nightmares.

RCA 06-25-2005 07:47 AM

Here are the songs I'm going to have available for download in the Sabbat thread:

I For An Eye (Requested By FP)
For Those Who Died (Requested By FP)
Do Dark Horses Dream Of Nightmares? (Requested By m-m)
Behind The Crooked Cross (Requested By m-m)
A Cautionary Tale
The Clerical Conspiracy
Hosanna In Excelsis
How Have The Mighty Fallen?

Thanks for the requests! :)

Apocalyptic Raids 06-25-2005 08:00 AM

Sweet, when does the topic go up?

RCA 06-25-2005 08:00 AM

Tuesday. :D

metal-militia 06-25-2005 08:42 AM

Can't wait. As long as you don't put stuff on from Mourning has Broken! :)

RCA 06-25-2005 08:54 AM

Mourning will definitely not be featured (although I do have a paragraph on it).

metal-militia 06-25-2005 09:00 AM

Shame.... History and Dreamweaver are excellent, yet Mourning is just no where enar as good.

RCA 06-25-2005 09:02 AM

Yeah. My main problem with that album is the vocalist; I loved Martin Walkyier's performance on the other two.

metal-militia 06-25-2005 09:05 AM

yeah, his vocals were so unique. The guy on Mourning (i forget his name), is just awful compared to him.

RCA 06-25-2005 09:07 AM

Ritchie Desmond. :)

Sabbat released an EP before HOATTC, called Blood For The Blood God. I'm going to try and track this down.

metal-militia 06-25-2005 09:17 AM

I have the Magic In Practice And Theory demo by them from 85... i think it was their first.

RCA 06-25-2005 09:18 AM

Yep, that was their first.

joe_fresh 06-25-2005 09:40 AM

I recently brought Mourning Has Broken, having not realised it wasnt with Walkyier. I thought dreamweaver was the better of the other two.

Terrorzone 06-25-2005 09:40 AM

Good thing you just pointed out Mourning has Broken wasn't that good, I was planning on ordering it.

metal-militia 06-25-2005 10:53 AM

I ordered HOATTC but then the mail bag got stolen, and i had to be refunded. :upset:

I once saw it in a shop for £16, but i wasn't going to pay that much for it.

RavenousMetalist87 06-25-2005 12:53 PM
Would that be the Chaos dvd?
Yes :D

Pure aggression and...crap I can't think of another word.

It still kicks ***.

FatalEnergy 06-25-2005 02:26 PM

Even though it has nothing to do with Thrash, I picked up two more King Diamond albums. Relating to thrash. I finally got a hold of Torture Tactics/Oppressing the Masses by Vio-lence, that was hard to track down.

I saw that Vio-lence 2CD at Borders last week, but it was badly packaged and cost 25 bucks. How much did your copy cost you? Also, which KD albums were they?

I've had it for four years, and I bought the tape AND the CD for $2.50 a piece at a yard sale in Bradenton, Florida. :)

One's man trash is another man's treasure

An old phrased revised for the new age.

RCA 06-25-2005 10:46 PM

Indeed!

Just read a post from Rob Dukes on the Exodus boards, and the band has finished recording their new album. Rob expects it to be released sometime this fall.

It also looks like Rick has indeed left the band. :(

Apocalyptic Raids 06-25-2005 11:06 PM

Imagine if they got Kirk back :amaze:

heavy metal kid 06-25-2005 11:15 PM
Imagine if they got Kirk back :amaze:
i don't think that would be awesome, Kirk speed on the guitar is getting weaker they better look for a young and resistant guitarist.

RCA 06-26-2005 12:05 AM

Kirk would never leave his meal ticket to join Exodus again.
