I havent heard that St. Germain album in like six or seven years but I remember my dad and I both thought it was kind of underwhelming at the time. Granted I was young and he was starting to grow out of that stuff.

I like the good half of Gods of War more than the good half of Warriors. Odd, I know.

Digging: Teenage Angst- I write bad poetry

Tyler you're into some ska right?

Tyler 08-15-2008 10:51 PM
Tyler you're into some ska right?
At times, yeah. I used to be huge into ska, especially local ska, but all that skanking wore my old tired then-16 year old legs down.

ShipofFools 08-15-2008 10:53 PM

You want to refer me to some bigger ska acts that you enjoy?

Angmar 08-15-2008 10:55 PM

lol Matt

Tyler 08-15-2008 10:56 PM

I basically just listen to the Pietasters and the Slackers now. Rancid's "Life Won't Wait" is pretty solid, too. The Planet Smashers are great, and then there's all the old school more traditional ska artists, though most would ignorantly call them "reggae". Message me on AIM if you want specific albums and stuff, don't want to clog this thread.
